تَرْوِيح (عن النَّفْس)‏ \ relaxation: a way of resting or loosening one’s body; an activity that lets the mind stop being anxious. recreation: any activity that freshens the body or mind, esp. after work is done: Football, playing cards, gardening and painting pictures are all recreations.
